Position

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator guarantees accurate and qualitative brand image according to the brand guidelines through all the 75 points of sales in the United Arab Emirates.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

VM Updates

  • Visuals Updates: Simulate the monthly visuals update, coordinate the visuals production with the suppliers and follow up on their installation
  • POSM: Prepare the dispatch of the monthly POSM update received from Central as per the forecasts, participate to the design and production of locally made displays and follow up on their installation
  • Movies Loops: Order the monthly movie loops according to each counter specifications and follow up on the implementation

Field Operations

  • Market Visits: Conduct weekly market visits to ensure that the counters are up-to-date and in perfect condition and that the VM follows Dior's guidelines and meets its standards
  • Maintenance: Report any maintenance need spotted during a market visit to the team or a supplier, follow-up on all the maintenance requests coming from the stores or the Retail Managers

Admin & Reporting

  • UAE database: Handle the market database and keep it updated
  • Monthly activity reports: Edit the monthly report on Dior animations across the UAE and Dior on-counter activations for every launch.
  • Competitor watch: Create a report on the animations done by the competition across the country and its main on-counter activations
  • Budget: Manage the purchase orders, coordinate the invoices with the suppliers and follow up on the payments  

Profile

  • Master's Degree, with a former experience in Merchandising in the Perfume and Cosmetics industry preferred
  • Driving license (mandatory to visit the points of sales across the country)
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and good creative skills
  • Fluent in English, French speaker is a plus
  • Good Communication skills, team player
  • Time Management skills, autonomous and rigorous
