The Visual Merchandising Coordinator manages the daily operations in coordination with Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure consistent and highly qualitative execution of the brand VM strategy.






Visual Renderings

  • Update and maintain all POS in visual rendering software including: visual measures, photos, lightbox management, POS information, closure and opening of doors
  • Create calendars and create simulations for five markets and simulate all full line POS- creating simulated counter PDFs for field teams
  • Liaise with central teams in order to continue to build and develop the system if needed


Visual Production

  • Update and manage all visuals in master excel file
  • Order all visuals master visual kits in a timely manner and color proof all visuals from suppliers
  • Organize production for the 490 POS for the 3 axis on a monthly basis

Videos Production

  • Manage video orders based on VM strategy, send to field teams and follow up on installations
  • Organize all video information for all POS to assure proper video information is sent to stores



  • Produce updates of all soft merchandising material based on launches, coordinate shipping with field teams and follow up on installation on counter for all standardized furnitures (Lip Studios, Fragrance Bars, Showcases, Skincare Bars etc)
  • Working with VM Manager- assure the proper production and installation of all on counter maximization to go further at point of sale: backdrops, tester holders, tactical displays, on counter animations etc



  • Manage all production invoices and link them with shipment invoices to manage VM budget file
  • Follow proper process with finance to assure that invoices are paid


  • Produce all locally developed soft merchandising material for each furniture
  • Keep detailed database of measurements of each touchpoint with production needs
  • Produce all visuals and send to contractor in timely manner



  • Prepare Marketing Monthly report with pictures and results of all tools implemented on counter and on animation per initiative
  • Prepare monthly call with field VMs to assure proper implementation of all things VM and gather feedbacks on material sent



  • Maintain Masterfile information for anything related to production with accurate measures in an easily understandable format

    • Skincare Bars
    • Makeup Boards
    • etc



  • Work with VM team on key merchandising projects: DSS4- Backstage Dior- Lip Studios- Face Bars and more to come
    • Coordinate together with architecture installation dates to liaise with sales assistants and send out all referenced material, visuals and videos needed for each roll out of new merchandise projects
    • Keep archive of all pictures of installation to assure proper installation of planogram and material was installed


  • Previous experience in Visual Merchandising or Marketing for a luxury brand
  • Design or Marketing degree
  • Experience in Photoshop or other equivalent design software a strong plus
  • Capacity to analyze and react quickly
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Curious and not afraid to make suggestions
  • Hard worker, rigorous and strong organization skills
  • Strong product knowledge and sensibility to luxury and beauty universes
  • Very good use of office tools (word, excel, ppt)
  • Speaks fluently English and Spanish (Portuguese and French can be a plus)
