POSITION: VISUAL MERCHANDISING INTERN

DEPARTMENT: VISUAL MERCHANDISING/MARKETING

LOCATION: LONDON

REPORTS TO: VM MANAGER

 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To assist the VM Manager, monitor and maintain high standards of brand image and visual merchandising across all channels of LVMH Fragrance Brands distribution for UK & Ireland, ensuring the integrity of the institutional brand requirements across all axes.


Profile

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development of local point of sale material with external suppliers, from brief through production ensuring consistency with brand image, within budgetary parameters and to retailer specification
  • Assist in the planning of visibility for activities across all distribution channels
  • Assist the VM Manager in the creation and communication of Merchandising Guidelines for all launches and animations, to both internal and external teams, in order to ensure effective and consistent implementation
  • Ensure guidelines are received and understood through regular follow-up with BCs   and Field teams
  • Assist in regular VM reviews of each activity, collating quantitative and qualitative feedback, and key learnings
  • Monitor and collate monthly reviews of competitor visual merchandising and best practices
  • Create planogramming information for all axes
  • Define with VM Manager visual support required for all internal and external meetings
  • Work with external suppliers/shopfitters in the provision of counter maintenance
  • Assist the VM Manager in the project management of new counters development
  • Carry out regular field visits to ensure that all visual implementation instore is of a high standard and within brand image guidelines
