The Visual Merchandising Manager belongs to the Worldwide Visual Merchandising team at Louis Vuitton headquarter: 

  • He/she contributes to the Worldwide Visual Merchandising strategy in conjunction with the Merchandising team
  • He/she ensures cross-category consistency mixing and matching stories with a silhouette approach from the Showroom to the Store
  • He/she handles the visual coexistence of different collections following business priorities and new launches

Directly depending from the  WW Women Universe VM Manager, he/she will be in charge of Women's Leather Goods categories working closely with the merchandising team to ensure excellent Visual Merchandising standards across the network and in line with the company's commercial strategy

  • Management of a team of two Visual Merchandiser dedicated to the Women Leather Goods Category
  • Creation of Visual Merchandising guidelines following the Visual Merchandising and Commercial global strategy
  • Support Visual Merchandising in the field, monitoring store pictures through photo database to guarantee a consistent and coherent brand image across the network, open to adaptations for specific market needs
  • Train local Visual Merchandising team through on site trainings and seminars
  • Selection of best practices and sharing with the zones
  • Organization of seasonal shootings
  • Participation to the Window Shootings working on product selection and styling
  • Showroom set up to present the new collection to the zones, working closely with the local merchandisers during the buying session
  • Press showroom set up working with the women's VM team
  • Involvement in special in-store projects, openings, pop ups
  • Collaboration with the Architect department giving feedbacks for new opening projects
  • Creation of competitors' activity and key innovations report



  • At least 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising luxury/fashion industry, in headquarters and preferably also in subsidiaries/stores
  • University/B.A degree
  • Strong product knowledge and sensitivity with an interest in the full silhouette
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Hard worker, rigorous, passionate, resilient, multitasker with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, flexible and agile, able to bring new creative ideas acting as a positive team player
  • Strong communicator - both verbal & written
  • Enthusiastic and responsible. Willing to learn and take new challenges
  • Deep knowledge on Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator) and Windows Office pack, gathering and amending presentation's content and pictures
  • Fluent in French and English
