About the position:
Your mission is to perform servicing and repairing all types of quartz and automatic watches to the highest of standards within expected timeframes. You are to support the department in providing an efficient and competitive aftersales service which appropriately reflects our brand values and results in high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
You should have at least 3 years of professional watchmaking experience (Swiss/Luxury brand preferrable) and have the ability to service and maintain Swiss/Luxury timepieces. You are passionate for watches/luxury timepieces and able to work flexibly, to embrace change and to work as part of a team. You are fluent in English and Mandarin and use your open-minded attitude to communicate efficiently with your stakeholders. Ideally, you have a good commercial awareness within the luxury watch industry.
