Perform Effective and efficient repairs to the relevant product category in line with Bvlgari After Sales Standards respecting cost, quality and lead time objectives
Perform technical repairs to the assigned product category: dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange polishing, cleaning, and reassembling (encasing), quality check
Develop new repair techniques and tools
Develop training materials on repair techniques for the assigned product category
Organize and deliver training to After Sales Network Technicians
Define the authenticity and reparability of the product and provide technical evaluation, including the definition of the spare parts needed
Register repair data (e.g. cost estimate, spare parts needed) and track/update the repair process status in the relevant system (where applicable)
Give Contribution in evaluating the type of repair/ technical intervention to be performed.
Cooperate with the Head Of / Supervisor in order to define the working cycle.
Cooperate with the Repair Administrator on all the relevant repair topics
Perform After Sales network, audits, define repair center certification and follow-up on renewals (where applicable)
Technical skills :
Knowledge of manufacturing and repair processes for the assigned product category
Knowledge of repair techniques and tools for the assigned product category
Knowledge of product structure and materials
