Marc Jacobs Japan K.K. is looking for a Web business staff.

This year is the 10 years anniversary of Marc Jacobs Japan.
Approximately 360 staff (Office: 40 staff, Stores: 320 staff) are supporting Marc Jacobs in Japan. 
We have a very open office environment, and we interact each other freely, regardless of seniority or position.
An example of this is once every second month, we have a  30 minutes  "Morning Coffee Session" to enjoy casual and friendly conversations and sharing information over some tasty seasonal sweets.

Profile

Report to Web Business Manager

  • Manage operations of e-commerce (EC) vendors
  • Planning and execution of sales promotions in own EC site
  • Control product launch schedules
  • Control visual and text contents of EC sites
  • Update product data base for own EC site
  • Sales analysis, cooperate with Merchandising team for sales planning
  • Conduct customer service co-working with customer service team
  • Develop & implement web marketing strategy
  • Planning and enhancement of email marketing
  • Planning and implementing web promotions
  • Regularly analyze web marketing KPI and establish PDCA cycle

 


About You

  • 2-3 years' experience in e-commerce site operations
  • Digital Marketing experience would be plus
  • Business Level English communication skills both in verbal and written (Email/Conf Call etc)
  • Excel, Powerpoint basic skills
