Position

As a WW MEN'S READY TO WEAR/SHOES VISUAL MERCHANDISER within Louis Vuitton Corporate Team, 

Your mission will be:

  • Contribute to the WW Visual Merchandising strategy in conjunction with the Merchandising team
  • Ensure cross-category coherency mixing and matching stories with a silhouette approach from the showroom to the store
  • Handle the visual coexistence of different collections following business priorities and new launches

Your key responsibilities will be: 

Directly depending from the Visual Merchandising HQ Men's VM Senior Manager, he/she will be in charge of men's RTW and shoes categories working closely with the merchandising team to ensure excellent VM standards across the network and in line with the company's commercial strategy

  • Creation of VM guidelines following the VM and commercial global strategy
  • Support VM field, monitoring store pictures through photo database to guarantee a consistent and coherent brand image across the network, open to adaptations for specific market needs
  • Train local VM team thru on site trainings and seminars
  • Selection of best practices and sharing with the zones
  • Organization of seasonal shootings
  • Participation to the Window Shootings working on product selection and styling
  • Showroom set up to present the new collection to the zones, working closely with the local merchandisers during the buying session
  • Press showroom set up working with the men's VM team
  • Involvement in special in-store projects, openings, pop ups
  • Collaboration with the Architect department giving feedbacks for new opening projects
  • Creation of competitors' activity and key innovations report

 

 

 


Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising luxury/fashion industry, in headquarters and preferably also in subsidiaries/stores
  • University/B.A degree
  • Strong product knowledge and sensibility with an interest to the full silhouette
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Hard worker, rigorous, passionate, resilient, multitasker with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, flexible and agile, able to bring new creative ideas acting as a positive team player
  • Strong communicator - both verbal & written
  • Enthusiastic and responsible. Willing to learn and take new challenges
