Organizational Management Review
With its global approach, the OMR is based on brands’ current strategic challenges and those on a 5-year horizon, to provide the best solutions. The OMR is an annual and prospective review of all our organizations and managerial talents, in every corner of LVMH throughout the world. Led by Human Resources managers in close consultation with operational directors, the OMR aims to provide – in the right places and at the right time – the managerial resources needed for the development and longevity of each one of our Houses.

This is how Bernard Arnault greeted the 350 directors who gathered together on July 9th and 10th last year for the LVMH Global Conference. Entitled “Futureship”, the event aimed to encourage reflection about the future, the opportunities to be taken and the challenges to be met. Internal and external speakers presented how they saw the years to come, in various themes: emotional intelligence, creativity and long-term vision, desirability, and much more.
