YOUR MISSION AND ROLE
As a Department Manager within our luxury universe, you will be entrusted with the leadership and development of our sales team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience and upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

1. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of passion and commitment to luxury service.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance team members’ product knowledge and sales skills.
- Exemplify the brand’s image by adhering to the highest standards of attire and conduct.
- Ensure that the team reflects the luxury standards and values of the brand.
2. Performance Culture & Feedback culture :
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring the team is aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize merchandise displays and drive sales performance.
- Implement performance metrics and regularly assess team performance against set targets.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their individual and collective effectiveness.
3. Client Elevation :
- Oversee and participate in client interactions, setting the gold standard for personalized and luxury service.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with high-value clients, driving long-term brand loyalty.
4. Reporting and Communication:
- Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.
- Communicate effectively with higher management, providing insights into team achievements and areas for improvement.
5. Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the sales floor, including product presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with stock management to ensure optimal product availability on the shop floor.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with other departments, including stock management, marketing, and operations.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall boutique experience.

- Proven experience in team management within the luxury or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
