Louis Vuitton ANZ spans 16 stores, close to $500m in turnover, and a team of 450 across retail and support office. We are now looking for a Talent Specialist to join our People & Culture team — someone who will own the full recruitment lifecycle across our retail network, sourcing the rare, converting the discerning, and building the pipeline that keeps us at the forefront of luxury in the ANZ market.

This is a role for someone who has learned their craft in environments where excellence is the standard — and where every candidate interaction is treated as a reflection of the brand.

Reporting into the Talent Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across retail functions including Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Experts, Stylists, and Interns
• Build proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, headhunting, mystery shopping, and networking
• Lead campus recruitment efforts, building brand and Group awareness at university careers fairs and supporting our graduate program
• Partner with hiring managers to define briefs and deliver shortlists that challenge expectations
• Craft candidate communications that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand at every touchpoint
• Contribute to employer brand, next-gen talent programmes, internal mobility and ANZ recruitment strategy
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting to support People & Culture decision-making

About You

• A background in talent acquisition rooted in retail, premium hospitality, or a high-end service environment — you know what exceptional service looks like from the inside, and you can spot it in others
• Agency experience is highly regarded; you know how to move fast, source strategically, and close
• An instinct for identifying potential beyond the CV and genuine curiosity about what makes people exceptional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can represent the brand credibly and sell the dream
• The ability to hold multiple roles simultaneously without losing rigour or pace
• A career trajectory that points upward — you are motivated by ownership, variety, and growth
