In the context of your apprenticeship as an Experience & CRM Assistant, you will support the Private Clients Experience Manager EMEA on their various assignments.

Apprenticeship starting on September 2026.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks:

Organization and execution of experiences :

• Support in event conceptualization (Goodwood, Vendanges, Formula 1 Grand Prix), in collaboration with the Private Client Directors (PCDs) of each market, MH Private’s client strategy, and the central MH Private EMEA team.
• Support in organizing client events that may take place at the MH Private Apartment, within our Maisons in Champagne or Cognac, or at other locations (including vendor management, budgeting, logistics follow-up, invitations, scheduling, etc.). Direct coordination with the Moët Hennessy Maisons, their hospitality teams, and marketing teams.
• Coordination and execution of client experiences (lunches, dinners, cocktails, etc.) initiated by the PCDs to ensure the highest level of execution.

Management of the CRM tool “Engage”:

• Support for processing all orders through the tool directly linked to the PCM/Ds (Private Client Manager & Private Client Director)
• Support for cleaning up the entire database
• Support for engaging the MH Private EMEA community on the internal messaging system by sharing best practices, studies, successful sales, upcoming offers, etc.
• Assistance with the deployment of "client consent" and "compliance" campaigns
• Development of dashboards and KPIs for business management in EMEA

• Genuine interest in luxury and fine gastronomy Maisons 
• Fluent in English (written/spoken); another language is a plus  
• Possess excellent presentation skills  
• Proactivity, flexibility, and agility. 
• Solution- and results-driven, proactive with a high level of rigor and organization
