Reporting to Store Manager
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
This position will partner closely with our retail team to elevate the Louis Vuitton client experience and support our category growth. As a trusted partner to the retail leaders, you will deliver strong business partnership through trend analysis, styling advice and training.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports appointments with quality and assists retail teams in increasing RTW share in store
- Supports RTW Team Managers to increase RTW regular client spending value & RTW repeat purchase rate during daily business
- Increases RTW repeat purchase rate
- Increases RTW regular client spending value
- Upgrades non RTW client in store
- People development:
- Daily moment sharing: styling relevant topic
- Works with RTW TM for new season products & styling workshop re-train in store
- Competitor style analysis by season, monthly market research and share in store
- Assists Styling relevant training, and back to store follow up/feedback
- New hires in store RTW/styling skill evaluation by stylist
- Maintains and updates fashion knowledge and styling skill; participate in annual appraisal panel of regional styling managers
- Daily business and Event support:
- RTW selling support floor time
- Weekly shooting depends on new arrival/stocks, mainly focus on RTW, other categories request by TM/Ambassador, model support from store
- In store event support: assists in model fitting/photo shooting, pre-event communication with CRM/RTW TM/CA, Co-host with Styling manager/KOL, selling support
- Assist regional styling manager with Mix&Match guideline book shooting/live-streaming/big scale
- Grooming
- No competitor products during floor time and appointments
- Mix&Match Vuitton products with uniform, creating the complete Vuitton silhouette look
- Stylish, decent and not too casual
- To supervise all on-duty staffs with styling and eliminate any inappropriate etiquette (no competing brands wore in-store and/or on duty)
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Passion in Louis Vuitton, and deep knowledge of the fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing conviction
- Agile, detailed-oriented and a team-player
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage
