We are seeking to recruit a Learning, Development & Quality Coordinator to assists and coordinate all Learning & Development, and Human Resources with training and activities.

• Diploma in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a luxury property.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Experience in pre-opening of a hotel/resort.
• Attention to detail and an excellent ability to manage priorities independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, are essential.
