This Project Management Internship at Louis Vuitton offers a unique opportunity to enhance the global candidate experience. You will manage projects focused on improving the recruitment journey for Louis Vuitton candidates worldwide, while also assisting the HR team in digitalizing their function and providing essential technical support. You will be a key contributor to initiatives that directly impact how potential employees perceive and engage with our brand.

 

Internship duration: From August/September until the end of December.

職責

Your key mission will be to support project execution, meticulously control, and coordinate the fulfillment of steps agreed upon during daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings. You will contribute directly to the success of ongoing projects aimed at improving our recruitment infrastructure, candidate and recruiter experience.

  • Assist with the ongoing improvement project for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS): gather needs of talent acquisition teams, participate in the discussion of technical feasibility, track the usage of new features
  • Support the implementation of a referral platform and confidential hiring platform: organize tests, collect feedback, check reports and propose improvements to the process
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition process documentation: updating current and building future process
  • Participate in training end users on new tools and processes as needed

プロフィール

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business Administration, Client experience, IT, Project Management, or another relevant field
  • A genuine interest in working within an international environment
  • Ability to manage projects impartially based on facts, business needs, and potential gains
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive in finding ways to achieve set objectives efficiently
  • Very good command of English
