About the eCommerce & OmniRetail COE

Within LVMH Group, the eCommerce & OmniRetail Center of Excellence (COE) supports Maisons—especially Small and Small/Medium Maisons—by sharing best practices, architecture guidance, research, and delivery support for digital commerce initiatives.

The role

We are hiring a Head of Tech Digital Commerce (Group Level) to drive vision, excellence and innovation in digital commerce technologies among LMVH Divisions and Maisons. A strong focus will be on Salesforce and Shopify ecosystems.

You will work across Maisons and partners to define architecture, guide delivery, and ensure strong Tech foundations for Maisons’ eCommerce strategy. This covers in particular

1. Architecture and expertise around Group’s blueprint for

       - the Maisons’ website: SEO/GEO, product discovery, navigation, personalization and web performance;

        - the Digital Commerce ecosystem, in particular: social commerce, Ai Agents

2. Rationalization of solutions and deliveries with the factories across Maisons and Divisions.

This role suits someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical architecture leadership, and who enjoys working across teams and Maisons.

You will be working closely with Group business team, aligning the strategy and the initiatives.

What you will do

  • Architecture & Group blueprint: With the support of LVMH and partner experts you define the Blueprint of selected solutions that are recommended for the divisions and Maisons
  • Assets and accelerators: beyond the architecture and the solution-ecosystem definition, you will produce or generalize maison-produced accelerators and make them available for the Maisons. That could range from guidelines to technical assets depending on the value and the acceleration it can bring.
  • Delivery: You oversea Maisons’ Digital Commerce projects, collaborating closely with the Maisons and our main integrators. This includes coordinating activities, providing guidance on project requirements
  • Solution Usage: You accelerate the maturity of Digital Commerce in our Maisons. You develop and implement training programs to increase team capabilities and enhance the understanding of Digital Commerce solutions across the Maisons.
  • Ecosystem management: You nurture and maintain relationships with Digital Commerce solutions partners and integrators, ensuring optimal functionality and continuous enhancement of their solutions. You manage vendor relationships to ensure that service level agreements are met and that vendors deliver high-quality products and services for our Maisons.
  • Shopify Factory : You will be leading a factory that is executing AMS and Build for Maisons on Shopify. It covers the roles of design authority, maintenance and evolution delivery, with the objectives to share best practices, implement delivery excellence, scale and deliver efficiency.

プロフィール

 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital commerce technology, solution architecture, or technical delivery leadership. 
  • Strong experience with eCommerce architecture and integration (APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability). 
  • Experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or multi-platform commerce environments.  
  • Experience in vendor management (setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, ensuring quality). 
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar). 
  • Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

A plus 

  • Experience with Shopify (architecture, APIs, apps, and integration patterns). 
  • Experience scaling a delivery “factory” model (playbooks, reusable components, governance). 
  • Familiarity with technical SEO, personalization platforms, search/product discovery, or performance tooling. 
  • Experience in a global, multi-brand organization.
