職責

As a Key Account Manager Assistant, you will support the team in managing and developing Travel Retail activities across several European markets.

Internship starting on July.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks :

Sales Performance & Reporting Support:

• Assist the team in regularly monitoring key performance indicators (weekly, monthly): Sell Out trackers, Market Share, Projects profitability
• Streamline performance information with tracking dashboards (e.g., CPI tracker) to facilitate team decision-making.
• Prepare presentation materials for sales reports and simplified profitability analyses

Commercial Operations & Data Assistance:

• Contribute to the daily operational support of the sales network.
• Provide assistance in data collection for above-mentioned analyses.
• Keep updated the commercialized products files (SKUS codes, EAN codes etc.)
• Support the monitoring of orders, stock verification, quantity production
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support the sales team's initiatives.

Retail Excellence & Marketing Project Management Contribution:

• Help coordinate with service providers, training teams and Brand ambassadors on-field
• Participate in the follow-up of marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and training plans.
• Contribute to monitoring the implementation of new products, in-store promotions, merchandising actions and marketing activations.
• Assist with tracking the marketing budget invoicing processes, and marketing KPIs

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program
• Initial experience in consumer goods, ideally in the luxury or wine & spirits sector is appreciated
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
• Fluent in English (written/spoken); any other European language highly appreciated
• A problem-solving mindset, you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
