Parfums Christian Dior Japon is part of the LVMH group, the largest luxury brand in the world. As a Retail Business Development Coordinator/ Specialist, you will play a role in taking leadership in enhancement of retail projects for business growth. This position is reporting to Retail Business Development Manager, National Sales Division, and located in Tokyo.

MISSION STATEMENT

• Take leadership in enhancement of Retail Projects for business growth
• Improve BC and Departments / Boutiques' productivity by implementing operational innovations in the retail field.
• Clarify retail issues and lead all related departments to resolve issues to embody the company strategy

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate and support for Japan retail implementation of central-led projects and Domestic projects (Digital transformation, BC transformation, Counter Replenishment)
• Follow-up and decision-making on issues raised during Sales Meeting /Facilitator for Retail Operation Manager Mtg
• Arrange what is required to make counter activities more efficient
• Creation of Monthly Report (Sales Part consolidation and review of content)

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• All Area Sales Managers and the Sales team members
• All Managers and members in Product Marketing, Retail Education, Digital, CRM
• Central Office (France), Regional Office (Singapore), LCS (Shared Service Center) Dept. (Logistics, Supply Planning, RA/ QA, Information System, Finance)

EXTERNAL RELATIONS

• Various Vendors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel/Word) expert
• Project management experience mandatory
• Experience in Retail industry (Luxury will be plus)
• High communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Strong leadership skill (to coordinate and lead projects, coordination with other departments)
• Strong analytical skill (analyze data and propose and execute action plans)
• Strong logical thinking skill
• Great team player to communicate well with all level members in big organization to lead multiple projects for the best outcome/achieve the goals
