You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission:
Within the IS Department and under the responsibility of the “Employee Platforms Support Manager”, your main function will be to manage and organize the support and maintenance of the merchandising applications that ensure the digital transformation of SEPHORA in an omnichannel context at an international level.
Your team consists of more than 15 external consultants.
In particular, the Merchandising Domain implements IT solutions to cover the needs of the offer & operational marketing department. This includes solutions related to:
Management of the omnichannel products referential (GDSN Portal, PIM, SAP, product Master Data, PLM)
Management of the stores referential
Quality & regulatory
Management & optimization of assortment & merchandising
Brand performance analysis
Operational marketing (Trade marketing, Animation, Press…)
In detail, your main missions will be:
Lead and facilitate the Merchandising Support domain
Manage external resources
Participate and monitor the support budget
Arbitrate and manage priorities in coordination with your manager and the IS domain team
Lead external resources and suppliers involved
Animate committees
Ensure the operational management and the respect of the KPI defined
Plan with the service providers the correctives maintenance operations
Check and maintain the service’s quality for all the applications
Check provider’s patches, ensure non-regression
Ensure compliance with the rules of the security policy
IT point of contact for the offer & marketing department
Lead committees with the business
Manage the communication for high priority incidents
Organize the on-call duties requested by the business

Graduate of a Master 2 degree from an engineering, business or university school, you have at least 5/8 years of experience in a consulting company or an IT Department – domain offer/merchandising – in a company in the retail sector as an IT domain manager. You also have at least 5 years of experience in IT Support Management around the solutions of the product offer.
The knowledge of product life cycle management software (PLM/PIM/MDM) and/or performance of assortments and merchandising is a prerequisite, as is the mastery of standards and methods for project management and IT development. Experience in IS architecture is greatly appreciated. Functional mastery of SAP MM module is a plus.
In addition, you have the qualities of an excellent operational manager, that is leadership, organization, the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, resilience, agility, a sense listening & analytical, and strong interpersonal and editorial skills. Finally, you are a force of proposal and have a strong customer orientation.
Note that the candidate sought has a fluent level of English (written, oral) and that he will be required to make occasional trips.
