MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Training assistants carry out the overall administrative work of education and support in-house training
Responsabilità del ruolo
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate training material- video/guidebook/ PPT (EN -> KR, KR -> EN)
- Digital Platform update and Administrate; Global digital platform, Local training’s IG, etc.
- Purchase and cost handling of educational supplies
- Support organizing training events and maintaining training room; Beauty genius program, kick-off meeting, CM meeting
- Prepare training material, training tools, tester, and gift for every training schedule and stock order/management
- Training material for new BBA update & binding, sending to counters
- Prepare and collect counter survey and product research
Profilo
PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Must have good English communication/reading/writing skills
- Operating skills in computer utility
- Capable of working autonomously
- Ability to multitask and support major projects in parallel
- Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
- About 1 year of experience in the retail industry preferred
- Energetic, active, outgoing personality
