We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist Assistant to join our Global CHANDON team in Paris. As an apprentice, reporting to the Global Talent Management Manager, you will contribute to the HR management of the CHANDON Global team from a generalist perspective (operational dimension) and participate in global and cross-functional projects mainly related to Talent Management and Employee Engagement (strategic dimension). You will be supported in your development and learning by your tutor and a supportive HR team.
Responsabilità del ruolo
Talent Management:
- Emerging Talents (Apprentices/Interns/VIE): Manage the talent pool, gather needs, participate in selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding, advise managers and talents, and participate in events to maintain relationships with schools.
- Performance Management: Monitor the performance review campaign across our wineries worldwide and coordinate communication.
- Talent Review: Contribute to the annual review of organizations and talents, including analyzing talent data to inform Talent Management decisions (e.g., succession plan status).
- Learning and Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs at the local level (25 people in Paris), research and recommend learning resources, and track employee training and development activities.
- Employee Engagement: Support the administration of employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
Cross-functional HR Projects:
- Contribute to global initiatives and projects, including internal communications, newsletters, onboarding programs, corporate social responsibility reports, and conflict of interest campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement by auditing and ensuring the reliability of HR data and documenting HR processes.
- Generate monthly reports and track HR metrics.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
HR Generalist Support (for the Paris Team):
- Manage HR invoices and track HR costs.
- Organize events to boost employee engagement and continuously improve their experience.
- Integrate new employees through pre-boarding and onboarding.
- Assist with HR-related inquiries from employees and liaise with the People Shared Services and HRIS teams.

- Are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School (Master) or University program with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Are passionate about human relations and talent development.
- Have an interest in data (data collection, analysis).

- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.), especially Excel.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
