Supply Chain & Logistics Manager- Care Services

Posizione

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for Care Services- Piscataway. This position will be responsible for managing all areas of supply chain & logistics care services flow in Piscataway. 

Responsabilità del ruolo

• Manage supply chain logistics operations in 2 shifts with staff of 48+ associates including 4 direct reports. In 4 departments (shipping/reception, Product assessment, warehouse, quality control)
• Partnership with production team to organize work in progress and provide team with all needs to improve client lead time and productivity.
• Support store support and Direct to client team to provide client solutions, ETA and expedite client escalations.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics flow (transportation/customs clearance) for spare parts and repairs.
• Manage warehouse of spare parts (buffer stock, inventory management)
• Partnership with central team and vendors to improve process, cost, and lead time.
• Manage subcontracting flow for repairs.
• Manage Clients repairs inventory and Work In Progress (WIP) organization
• Defined department goals and drive the team to achieve goals
• Responsible for coaching, training, and assessing performance for the department.
• Partnership with care services Logistics managers in US sites to balance flow and standardize processes.

Profilo

• BS/BA degree and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing
• Minimum of 2 years of Supply Chain/Purchasing experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Management skills; lead by example
• Fluency in Spanish and French are a plus
• Strongly proficient in Excel
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• JDE or ERP knowledge is a plus

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $125K-$135K, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
