The LVMH Employer Branding team is dedicated to maintaining LVMH as a top-of-mind employer for its ecosystem of over 75 unique Maisons. As an Employer Branding Communications Assistant, you will contribute to the development of engaging initiatives, events, content, and communication actions.
This role is a great opportunity to work at the crossroad between geographies (USA, Asia, Europe), business sectors (Fashion and Leather Goods, Wines and Spirits, Watches and Jewelry, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Selective Distribution…), Maisons and functions (retail, marketing, operations, HR), and to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Responsabilità del ruolo
- Assist on all Employer Branding projects: project management, event planning & coordination, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Edit and contribute to designs and content, crafting graphic materials (presentations, newsletters, communication kits, etc.).
- Collaborate with external agencies and service providers to align deliveries with the global strategy and LVMH brand.
- Ongoing project management in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Profilo
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or 2), ideally in a Business or Communication School/University.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); basic proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Creative, digital-savvy, and up to date on the latest trends in communication and social media.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), canva and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Maisons and external service providers.
- Organized, proactive, rigorous, and responsible with a focus on task follow-up and delivery.
- Genuine interest in communications, especially in Employer Branding and HR topics.
