THE ROLE

As part of the Marketing Travel Retail Central team, you will support the Brand Manager in creating 360° Marketing Launch & Activations, accompanying regions in execution, analyzing launch results. You will assist the team in their daily tasks and support all the four regions by defining the Global TR strategy, guidelines and ensuring brands deployment worldwide.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO MH TR’S SUCCESS

New Launches & Activation Development (50%) 

  • Assist in the creation of 360° launch strategy and tools development for 2025 to 2026,  onboarding brands, regions in the key projects for Hennessy, Krug, Wine Estates & Rosé brands.  
  • Assist in the creation & implementation of innovative consumer experiences in our boutiques / pop ups 
  • Support the regional marketing teams (Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas, Middle East) in the implementation of activations, consumer experiences, retail merchandising, as well as any Marketing-related questions and Sustainable Retail program.  
  • Provide guidance to regions for qualitative implementation of promotional & sales plans 
  • Establish a positive collaboration with Maison counterparts for strategy alignement, marketing program building and business analysis 
  • Interact with internal and external key stakeholders, collaboration, and projects delivery.  

Annual Planning/Presentations/Tools Maintenance (30%) 

  • Assist in the creation & implementation of the annual 360° strategic marketing plans 
  • Support in the delivery of annual Business Plan for regional sales teams  
  • Support central communication: Newsletter, social channels...  

Business intelligence (20%) 

  • Navigate MH and GTR business tools: PowerBI, Trends & insights data center   
  • Monitor and analyze Sell in & Sell out by brand quality, channel, region, key retailers 
  • Support on analysis & reporting: monthly consolidation, business reviews, launch reports, best practices...   
  • Help the manager in providing guidance to regions for qualitative implementation of promotional & sales plans: CPIs, GWP etc. 
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, trends, and creative intelligence.  

Profilo

WE THINK YOU WILL FIT IN GREAT WITH US IF YOU

  • Currently in a Business School or equivalent (Master level or Bac+5)   
  • Extensive understanding of Marketing/Brand Management concepts   
  • Previous internship in marketing environment and luxury environment, an experience working with external agencies would be a strong plus 
  • Languages: English + French fluent, written and spoken 
  • Passion for luxury brands / Wines & Spirits  
  • International experience through studies or previous internships  
  • Interested in Asian culture/ knowing Asian culture
