Position Overview:
Digital and retail service Trainer to educate all our BCs and frontline team by conducting on & off-line modules, seminars and on the job coaching under strong collaboration with axis trainers and concerned teams.
Trainer’s responsibilities include managing retail education digital platform (Mydior)and training measurement program (SKILL UP), developing educational material for services and selling ceremony for local clients by reflecting local client’s needs and trends.
Ultimately, we will make sure to develop field team’s skills for successfully addressing clients’ needs and develop CM(Counter Manager) and BCs(Beauty Consultant) who can have strong mind-set on client management and client service.
Responsabilità del ruolo
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Dior retail education digital platform.(Mydior & SKILL UP)
- developing local contents, deploying central modules and communication
- Managing digital KPIs
- Engaging BCs to participate in various digital activities.
- User registration and enrollment
- Successfully implement training program to be related to Dior selling ceremony, clientelling, omni-channel client service and soft skills in each step of Dior BC training path.
- Develop local selling method and service protocol by reflecting. client profile such as targeted generation Z, Premium, omni-channel users.
- Coach BCs at Dior POS to enhance sales productivity as well as client experience and satisfaction.
- Regularly research competitor’s services, selling ceremony, training & coaching program.
- Seasonal BC uniform plan and forecasting with retail operation team.
- Work closely and display market needs to central retail education client development and digital team also regional retail education team.

- Good command of spoken and written Korean and English
- Experience in other industries is welcomed
- Pro-active and motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Client oriented
- Knowledgeable about designing client service program
- Good Coaching and influence skills
