Responsabilità del ruolo

The Account Management Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic supervision of one of LOEWE Perfumes' most vital clients, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Conduct in-depth sell-out and sell-in analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive stock-on-hand analysis and proactively manage stock coverage.
• Manage and meticulously track client orders, guaranteeing timely service and swift resolution of any issues.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by proactively understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly account performance reviews
• Provide comprehensive support to the Key Account Manager in all aspects of account operations, including reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

PROFILE NEEDED:

• MAIN STUDIES: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• LANGUAGES: Proficient in English and Spanish. French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
• IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi Experience will be considered a plus.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.
• OTHER: Immediate availability.
  Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 9 months, full-time (from Monday to Thursday from 09h to 18h, and Fridays from 08h to 15h).
