[LVMH Beauty] C&B Specialist

Posizione

Main purpose of the job is to facilitate and assist C&B responsibilities (payroll, severance, etc) to cover in LVMH P&C Korea.

Responsabilità del ruolo

1. Execute payroll and severance administration on time.
- Execution for employee payroll in accurate manner by due date (all Hourly-paid employees, 2 brands¡¯ employees)
- Interim Severance and severance calculation for resigned
- Calculate and execute for temporary contract salary in office when occurred
- Execute 4 big insurance payment and reflect individual details on payroll
- Follow up medical insurance and national pension for resignation and registration
- Calculation for BC¡¯s unpaid leaves days and executes to compensate for it in payroll monthly
- Follow up and execution for year-end tax settlement for all employees
- Execute monthly and yearly income tax return

2. Compensation & benefit administration
- Handle for employee to get self development subsidy and use it properly
- Support & Monthly closing of Language training, Tuition, Mutual aid subsidies
- Handle employees¡¯ annual leaves and promote for employees to use it all
- Follow up employee registration and resignation for life insurance and medical expense reimbursement by the insurance company

3. Miscellaneous
- Communication with all staffs, BCs, brand partners
- Manage Staff sale and Product Allowance program
- Handle HRIS related work (data input and consolidation and agency handling)
- Execute yearly budgeting (Budget, Revision1, and Revsion2)
- Prepare and follow up yearly audit procedure and any ad-hoc meetings and audit

Profilo

- University degree is preferred
- 1~5 years of payroll and overall C&B experience
- Detail oriented and good at numbers
- Good communication skill is required
- Strong interpersonal ability is required
- Good English skills will be plus
