Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our team. If you have a flair for creating authentic international dishes and you are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking to recruit an expert Chef de Cuisine to assist the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef in overseeing the restaurant of the Maison, by managing its kitchen team, supervising food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to provide a memorable dining experience and maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and quality standards.
Profilo
- 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in gastronomic restaurants
- Strong knowledge of authentic international cuisine and advanced technical skills
- Experience with international high end luxury brands and in challenging remote island locations
- Strong passion for culinary art and the art of living
- Inspirational leader with strong people management skills and a natural talent in planning, organization, and menu development
- Hands on, ability to solve problems and ‘never say no’ attitude
- Excellent command and consistent drive for quality and innovation
- High respect for natural ingredients and our environment
