Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Concierge host with a desire for building a genuine relationship with our worldly clientele to join our team!

As a Concierge, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The Concierge is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

The ideal Concierge will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.

As a Concierge, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $23-$26 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions​
