We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Business Development Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office, where you will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business within the dynamic High Energy sector (Nightclubs, Music Festivals, Beach Clubs, and Vibe Dining) across the APAC region. You'll play a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and gaining experience on cross-functional projects that drive commercial success.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the June 2025.

Responsabilità del ruolo

How you will contribute…

• Support the Business Development Manager in building relationships with key stakeholders across APAC and identifying new growth opportunities within the High Energy sector.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, and Sales teams on projects to analyze marketing ROI and develop innovative sales strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data for the APAC region to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the High Energy sector.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for branded events and contribute to the creation of Business Reviews for the High Energy sector.
• Support the High Energy community by facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and contributing to the development of a commercial playbook.

 

What will you learn…

• Develop your analytical skills by extracting key insights from data sources such as sales reports, market research, and consumer feedback, utilizing tools like Excel and PowerBI.
• Develop a commercial understanding of the Moet Hennessy industry, including strategies for effective negotiation with distributors, retailers, and event partners.
• Understand the key marketing strategies for each of the group's key brands. (spirits, champagne, and wines), including brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and marketing campaign development.
• Develop your communication skills through business partnering with key stakeholders, presenting findings to cross-functional teams, and interacting with colleagues from various countries in the region.
