Position

Reporting to the Manager, E-Retail, B2B and in partnership with the broader e-commerce team, MHUSA IT and brand teams, and global IT team, the Sr. Analyst, E-Retail, B2B is responsible for the support of all B2B initiatives driven by the Manager. This support ranges from project management and traffic lighting of initiatives; tactical support in the development of B2B projects (sourcing content from brands, supporting with copywriting, detailed writing of business insights, among other tasks); ongoing analysis of performance and reporting.

Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Positions Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support B2B projects through active project management of different workstreams, timelines and holding key players accountable.
  • Update project tracker and follow-up with each individual contributor for status updates.
  • Support team with invoicing (submission, budget tracker update, vendor creation when needed, vendor payment).
  • Support team with content sourcing for campaign via brand teams.

B2B Performance Insights, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Provide weekly performance updates to the Manager across breadth of distributor partners.
  • Possess ability to identify trends and insights in sales numbers and to tell a story through data collection.
  • Update monthly and quarterly performance decks.
  • Collaborate with commercial org to provide business updates on eB2B subchannel.
  • Design and run commercial, financial and investment analysis using multiple data sources to guide future decisions for eB2B campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to collate regional insights and condense into worldwide E-Retail reporting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Data Product Management team to ensure data harmonization is flowing regularly and dashboards are working effectively.

Leadership

  • Provide collaborative support and guidance to the Accounting and Finance teams. Build cross-functional partnerships to meet corporate objectives.
  • Identify and seize new opportunities, readily take on new challenges and display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.
  • Take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks, learn quickly when facing new situations

Profilo

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required

Professional Experience

1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods, U.S. wines and spirits, e-commerce, and e-business space(s)

Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Experience in the Wines and Spirits industry is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail;
