Overview of the Position
We are seeking an Account Executive, Modern On Trade, to join our Hong Kong office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Modern On Trade, you will be instrumental in driving sales planning, executing promotions, conducting sales reviews, and achieving company business objectives. A key focus will be managing our luxury portfolio within the Modern On Trade channel, particularly night outlets, traditional on trade and high-energy clubs, cultivating strong relationships with assigned accounts.

Key Respnsbilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Proactively identify and open new accounts to expand distribution of core brands
- Manage assigned accounts, ensuring optimal brand visibility and appropriate stock levels
- Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor retail pricing and competitor activities, proposing effective counter-strategies
- Recommend and execute sales promotions effectively and within budget
- Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising, with accurate reporting in ASPIRE
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing team to enhance promotional effectiveness and manage customer accounts to minimize bad debt

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate contracts and build rapport with clients
- A strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other languages will be highly preferrable
