YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Production Supervisor, and part of the Production Department, you will be responsible for quantitative, qualitative and productive objectives of one or more production lines and assure the application and respect of security standards, by promoting improvement ideas to avoid risks at work. Moreover, you will be responsible for the production results, assigning the daily goals to the production line staff and verifying respect of the production plan.

This experience will enable you to manage and animate workers of the assigned lines, encouraging a good working atmosphere and the proactivity of the group.

You will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on luxury goods sector working in an international and challenging environment and on engaging projects.

YOUR IMPACT

• Team Mentorship & Training: Foster a culture of continuous growth by coaching team members, implementing and managing polyvalence projects for increasing technical skills.
• Schedule daily tasks and share the work plan with the team according to the input received and discussed with Planning Dept.
• Control and follow the availability of materials in collaboration with Cutting and Warehouse departments
• Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance optimization.
• Plan and coordinate machine/tools improvement, repairs, and the lines’ reorganizations, collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department.
• Actively support the “Lean Manufacturing” Project.
• Provide the team with the right guidance to respect and improve safety behaviors
• Elaborate the daily reporting in terms of efficiency, quality and volumes analyzing and sharing results with the team, the colleagues and the production manager.

Profilo

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

• Master’s degree in engineering/economics or equivalent experience in Quality field

Experience:

• Position requires minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial and Manufacturing company
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus

Competencies:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
• Detail oriented, highly organized
• Cooperative with good teamwork, solid communication skills and ability to animate the operators
• Role awareness, reliability

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
