Responsabilità del ruolo
As Clienteling Manager, you will take on one of the most cross-functional roles in store, championing a client-first culture while driving team development and commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will:
- Be a visible, energising presence on the floor – leading by example, challenging the team to fill their diaries and turn every quiet moment into a client opportunity.
- Coach Client Advisors and Team Managers on the quality and intentionality of their client outreach, from portfolio strategy to the craft of personalised communication.
- Translate client data into clear action — identifying opportunities to deepen loyalty, grow high-value relationships, and drive measurable results across appointments, spend, and events.
- Build clienteling capability from the ground up, with the humility and resilience to onboard new talent, develop potential, and continuously raise the bar.
- Plan and execute monthly in-store activations, managing suppliers, hospitality, and logistics end-to-end.

- The initiative to think strategically about client development — knowing where to look, what to propose, and how to create moments that convert.
- Outstanding organisational skills and a track record of delivering events, activations, or projects with precision.
