What's the opportunity?

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will possess a true commercial mind, and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories is maintained at all times. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.

Responsabilità del ruolo

Windows

• Coordinating with Head Office and local supplies for window installations
• Managing window product change for every rotation

Interior merchandising implementation

• Planning, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations
• Manage the products
• Sharing qualitative and photographic feedback
• Visiting competitors and report best practices

Interactions with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events

• Collaborating with the Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches and VM guidelines
• Implementing store zones for each product category
• Implementing visual merchandising concepts for store events

Day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks

• Checking store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards
• Managing the reordering of props, lighting and VM tools where necessary
• Ensuring products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards

Supporting the Store Leadership Team with day to day operations of the store

• Being an active leader, undertaking floor and break management, transaction operations and opening/closing duties
• Supporting, motivate and coach the team

Profilo

We are looking for a visual merchandising expert with extensive experience gained from working with a high-profile luxury brand.

To ensure your success in this role:

• you will ideally have 3-5 years visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty environment, or luxury environment
• bring demonstrated visual merchandising experience with ready-to-wear, accessories, and window display examples
• be deadline and detail orientated
• outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
