Job Scope
Talent Management and Acquisition Manager plays a key role in strengthening the Group’s talent pipeline. The position is primarily focused on talent acquisition, overseeing the end-to-end execution of sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high quality talent at the Group level.
In parallel, the role contributes to a wider range of talent management initiatives, including employer branding, internal mobility, talent development programs, and HR system administration. The scope of responsibility evolves progressively, in line with the individual’s demonstrated capabilities.
Responsabilità del ruolo
1. Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy to attract high quality candidates.
- Meet and assess the talent in the market continuously for pipeline building.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and systems including Group’s job posting, recruiting management system, tracking of open positions, etc.
- Collaborate with Division/Maison HRs to reinforce the talent sourcing/ placement.
- Maintain strong partnerships with external agency partners.
2. Employer Branding
- Lead and support employer branding initiatives for students and early career talent, in partnership with universities, student organizations, and academic institutions.
- Plan and deliver seminars, workshops, and company presentations, either in collaboration with external partners or directly facilitated by the Group, to strengthen awareness and engagement among future talents.
- Ensure employer branding is consistent across all channels and resonates with target audience.
3. Other Activities
- Support promotion mobilities within the Group for the talent to help accelerate the Individual development and compelling career steps.
- Administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations. This includes HR system support, data gathering, presentations creation, external contracting, physical event setup, etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects that may arise in response to business needs, organizational priorities, or emerging opportunities.
Profilo
- Proven success in Talent Acquisition, additional with In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Japanese and English proficiency including formal writing and reading in both languages.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal/presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt usage of database and systems related to talent management/acquisition
- Build constructive work relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
- Sharp in prioritization and execution in the multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient in PC usage; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
