Role Overview: The LVMH AI Factory builds and deploys high-impact AI solutions across the value chain, conducts applied AI research, and provides operational leadership for strategic AI programs. We seek a visionary and results-driven Head of AI Solutions to lead the development and operational deployment of priority AI projects across multiple Maisons. Partnering with LVMH Digital Business leaders and Maisons leadership, you will assess feasibility, define delivery approaches, and drive initiatives from discovery to scaled rollout and adoption. Reporting to the Director of the LVMH AI Factory (Digital Office), you will collaborate with Maisons leadership, Data & AI experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact through human-centered and responsible AI, leveraging state-of-the-art methods.

 

Responsabilità del ruolo

 

Drive AI solutions portfolio & delivery: 

  • Partner with LVMH Digital Business and Maisons leaders to assess feasibility, shape delivery, and sequence the AI portfolio (from opportunity framing to deployment).
  • Act as operational lead for the full lifecycle of prioritized LVMH AI projects across multiple Maisons – hands-on for selected use cases, overseeing others – from discovery to post-scale improvements.
  • Ensure scale readiness of developed AI assets by coordinating with business, data, ML engineering, IT, and security to meet deployment requirements. 

Ensure quality, risk control & observability: 

  • Define and promote high delivery and quality standards (evaluation, monitoring, documentation, handover).
  • Implement reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement loops (including user feedback).
  • Ensure ethical, regulatory, and brand-safe AI practices in partnership with relevant stakeholders. 

Drive scalable execution: 

  • Manage and evolve a scalable operating model for consistent delivery across Maisons (e.g., ways of working, governance, playbooks, reusable assets).
  • Collaborate with other AI Factory departments for end-to-end outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies and align stakeholders across Data/Tech/IT/Business for frictionless AI asset and use case deployments. 

Team leadership & community animation: 

  • Lead and nurture a team of 12+ data scientists, balancing scientific excellence and delivery accountability.
  • Animate dedicated Data Scientist communities across the Group to share best practices and accelerate adoption.

 

 

Profilo

  • Minimum 10 years in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record delivering AI solutions at scale in complex, multi-brand or global organizations.
  • Experience in high-performing technical or data science team management.
  • Experience within luxury, retail, or consumer-centric industries is a plus. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Strong applied expertise in modern ML (incl. LLMs) and experience bringing models to production.
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation and human feedback approaches.
  • Familiarity with operational tools (e.g., ERP, BI, Supply Chain platforms) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataiku and GCP/Vertex AI stack is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize business requirements and define pragmatic targets. 

Leadership & Soft Skills: 

  • Customer-centric and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, being able to make data intelligible to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, focusing teams on goals and objectives.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and oral.
