Manager, FP&A Consolidation
As a Manager, FP&A Consolidation, you will play a key role in supporting the regional leadership team when it comes to request / advice required to address regional financial inputs. The position is also a key role in Sephora’s regional finance community.

Financial Reporting and Consolidation
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Analysis and Insights
- Interpreting financial results, identifying key trends, and recommending options for improvement
- Measuring financial performance and providing timely and accurate input for reporting and forecasts
Budgeting and Forecasting Process and Cycle
- Coordinating and guiding the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts process with the local market finance and senior finance leaders
- Leading the budgeting cycle for Asia management team in specific to consolidate and present the plan to senior management team
Process and System Improvement
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting, budgeting, and operational processes
Collaboration
- Partnering Partnering with various levels of finance teams such as Local market Finance, Accounting team from shared service centre, and Global Finance team to ensure alignment on priorities, direction, and deliverables
Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial reporting policies and deadline for SEA reporting to Global Finance
Specific Tasks
- Consolidating and analyzing month-end financials, reforecasts, budgets, supporting schedules, bridges, and ad hoc reporting
- Preparing analyses of incremental market, channel, departmental costs associated with business initiatives
- Identifying, tracking, and analyzing key metrics that impact the business
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
- Leading projects aimed at improving financial reporting systems and efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, markets and levels of the organization
- Successfully influence stakeholders and bring them onboard the journey for the projects and initiatives
- Providing ad-hoc analysis on financial results and advice on the financial impact of decisions
We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations, with a strong understanding of accounting principles (Chart of Account and Cost Center matrix)
- Experience working with multiple different entities in a complex environment would be beneficial
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Jedox/any consolidation tools)
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret key financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present month end closing result to key stakeholders
- Ability to influence stakeholders effectively, bringing people along the journey
- Resilient, solution-oriented, meticulous, able to manage deadlines effectively, and a strong team player
