As part of the Marketing Department, Communication Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Social Media & Content
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Content Creation & Curation: Produce, curate, and optimize high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including local digital and ATL productions and local adaptations.
- Define social media objectives and KPIs and supervise the implementation of content strategy, editorial planning, social media special projects and social media productions
- Define social media investments in order to guarantee the right balance along the funnel and providing support to brand launches, brand’s rollouts and tactic operations to boost sales.
PR & Events
- Set and supervise implementation of PR strategy ensuring strategic media partnerships and constant delivery of relevant stories through day-to-day PR activity, events, and investments to grow earned media value
- Manage and optimize digital PR activities through the selection of right partners and the growth of direct relationship with key influencers on the market
- Plan, develop and coordinate PR events concepts, themes and formats that align with company’s objectives
Consumer Activation
- Supervise the definition and execution of in-store initiatives, including institutional and brand activations and service-related contents across the store network
- Oversee the planning and execution of local events, Stores openings, flagship animations and omnichannel beauty service experiences in collaboration with Sales, Training, and European teams
Ensure internal flows of information and updates for sales and purchase departments and create working synergies to maximize communication investments.
Manage a team of managers, senior and junior specialists setting objectives and supervising workflows inside communication team.
Ensure content and communication messages’ consistency within all company channels (media, ecommerce, CRM…)
Ensure strong partnership with internal and external resources (agencies, French central team, freelances, exc.)
Ownership of communication budget allocation and monitoring of all department spending

- Strong understanding of communication strategies, branding, social media, PR, and media investments
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale communication projects
- Strong leadership skills to manage and empower a team
