Overview

The HR Sr. Executive – HRBP plays a pivotal role in shaping a seamless and compliant HR experience across the organization, covering key functions such as compensation & benefits, HR Controlling & Operations, and employee relations throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role oversees critical Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll, benefits administration, leave and attendance, and compensation reviews, ensuring that all related HR activities are executed with precision and reliability. It also manages HR Controlling responsibilities, covering budget planning, audits, and tax-related matters, and maintains financial accuracy and compliance across HR functions.

The position safeguards the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data, supervises documentation and internal communications, and liaises with government authorities to navigate regulatory requirements effectively. The HR Sr. Executive – HRBP drives employee engagement by designing and delivering impactful events and campaigns, strengthens employee relations, and upholds compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and global HR standards.
 

Key Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities—including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding—to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Enhance recruitment workflows by identifying improvement opportunities and elevating both operational efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring insights by leveraging HR data to support informed and timely talent decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support organizational structure, role clarity, and effective talent deployment.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and talent networks to strengthen talent pipelines and reinforce the organization’s employer brand.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compensation review processes with accuracy and timeliness, providing insights to support equitable and competitive compensation decisions.
  • Design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

HR Controlling

  • •    Oversee budget planning, audits, and tax-related HR matters, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    •    Monitor HR-related expenditures and provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency.
    •    Partner with HR teams to align HR financial planning with organizational priorities and operational requirements.

HR Operations

  • Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionality.
  • Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to improve HR operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with government authorities to address regulatory requirements and maintain compliance across HR functions.

Employee Relations

  • Design and deliver impactful employee events and campaigns to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
  • Strengthen employee relations through policy guidance, grievance handling, and proactive engagement initiatives.
  • Uphold compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and global HR standards while fostering a positive work environment.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Fluent in English & Korean.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in global HR projects or process improvements.
  • Understanding of global HR policies and compliance.
  • Experience designing and executing employee engagement programs.
