Job Description
Opportunities & Exposure
- To lead 1 or 2 Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns (Internship project with Benefit) under guidance by SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and SEA Asst. Ecommerce Manager
- To assist Ecommerce team in growing Lazada CRM Membership platform
- Assist in creation of digital and social assets design brief requests for ecommerce campaigns
- To oversee updates of Ecommerce store banner updates alongside Luxasia Leap Commerce team
- To assist on Lazada Feed Social Calendar – selection of social assets and caption creation
- Conduct research on industry trends & market opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to the Ecommerce team for both Sephora and Lazada
- Involvement in new launch 360 and planning with Marketing & Ecommerce team
- Work closely with SEA Marketing team to assist on PR Launch Events, Digital Campaigns, and Trade Marketing Activities
- Other ad-hoc and administrative work assigned by SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and SEA Asst. Ecommerce Manager

Requirements
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Social and digital savvy
- Must have the competency to develop/edit/create actual creative digital content
- Confident, enthusiastic, passionate and energetic with a huge sense of humor
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative, has the ability to think out of the box, can challenge status quo
- Able to commit for a full time 6 months internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25)
