Sales Back Office Coordinator

 

As ambassador of the Brand, you are responsible for the back office, after-sales service and inventory. You support all the store’s activities, ensuring maximum cooperation to the sales team into achieving the store’s targets.

You also liaise efficiently with our Financial & Accounting department, regarding all the store’s administration activities and ensure proper compliance to Corporate Procedures.

In this role, you manage and supervise the store vault and all related count cycles. You are responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inventory activities, doing the follow-up on discrepancies and differences.

You are the person in charge of products reception and expedition; you check if there is a match between physical items received and invoices and update the data entry on the proper software system (CRM, SAP…), constantly interacting with the Commercial & Finance administration.

You are responsible of tagging activities, repricing and after-sales service activities, such as coordinating the item’s shipment to repair centers. You also follow-up on the item status in order to provide prompt information to sales staff and clients.

In parallel, you are in charge of the store maintenance, contacting the suppliers or IT department in case of malfunctioning or damage to any hardware/software device. You ensure daily cash opening and closing and related reporting and you check for sales receipts and payments. You are in charge of after-sales service, in particular the classic operations of changing batteries, bracelets or leak testing.

Votre profil

You have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in a high-end luxury boutique and a great expertise in retail store operations. You are passionate about jewelry, watches and accessories and you are able to sell them, when necessary. You are comfortable with store operation applications such as SAP and CRM systems. You are familiar with MS Office especially Excel. You are quickly at ease with any application.

As an ideal candidate, you are flexible, genuine and rigorous. You work in an organized and structure manner. Your excellent communication and your service-oriented skills allow you to build solid relationships with colleagues and customers, creating a positive and harmonious work environment. You are also a problem solver and you are able to take some initiatives.

Finally, you are fluent in French and English; any other language is a plus.
