We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Process Excellence Lead to drive the standardization, optimization, and innovation of our IT processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of our process framework, while also exploring cutting-edge solutions, including AI, to enhance our operational capabilities.

 

Les missions

As an IT Process Excellence Lead, you have to :

  • Ensure the consistent application and adherence to the IT Framework processes across all relevant IT functions and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, lead, and implement a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of IT processes.
  • Spearhead the exploration and experimentation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies to optimize IT processes and unlock new operational efficiencies.
  • To establish and maintain a robust process governance model, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within IT

 

Main responsabilities :

Process Consistency & Governance

  • Develop, maintain, and ensure the consistent application of IT Framework processes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to identify deviations and ensure compliance.
  • Establish and manage a process governance structure, including documentation, training, and communication strategies

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
  • Federate with a collaborative mindset contributing D_NEXT functions ensuring alignment, priorities and speed
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of IT process continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement optimized IT processes.

AI Experimentation & Innovation

  • Research, evaluate, and experiment with AI technologies and other innovative solutions to identify potential applications for IT process enhancement.
  • Develop and execute pilot projects for AI-driven process automation and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in process excellence and artificial intelligence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on IT process excellence.
  • Effectively communicate process changes, benefits, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with IT leadership, process owners, and operational teams to drive adoption and commitment to process excellence.

Change

  • You won't just deliver change; you'll champion the adoption. Developing a culture of change and adoption and implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth activation and maximize the value of every transformation.

Votre profil

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT transformation, IT consulting or related role
  • Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and agility@scale frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Safe) is essential.
  • Appetite to experience with AI experimentation, data analytics, or similar innovative technology applications within an IT context

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues & stakeholders to become a trusted advisor to your partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels (strat-ops)
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating in a trans-disciplinary ecosystem.
  • Passionate about seizing what is starting (new ways of working).
