YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Retail Merchandising Manager, Women’s RTW and Shoes, you will be responsible for achieving the sales plan for the European and Middle East market, controlling inventories with a strategic and holistic vision.

Reporting to the EME Merchandising Director, you will be responsible for generating a seasonal merchandise plan and assortment strategy to maximize opportunities and grow the business for the EME retail network.

 

Les missions

BUYING

• Define your buying strategy and sales target prior to each buying session.
• Define the assortment and quantities, following market needs and potentials, as well as central guidelines.
• Presentation of landings, key bets, collection feedback, and market trends.

SALES DEVELOPMENT/ FOLLOW UP & RETAIL SUPPORT

• Close follow -up of your business, per category, per region, and per store.
• Define and implement 360 action plans with retail, training, clienteling and all relevant teams to reach your sales target.
• Support your retail network to answer specific market and client needs.

DISTRIBUTION & STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Define a distribution strategy to optimize sales and sell-through.
• Optimize sales by organizing frequent rebalancing.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor your stock coverage.

 

Votre profil

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum of 7 years+ relevant work experience in retail environment and with regional exposure.
• Strong analytical ability - both quantitative and qualitative.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn.
• Organized; meeting deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
