A New Challenge
As Chef Sommelier at Cheval Blanc Randheli, you shape the wine experience of the Maison with elegance, knowledge, and intuition. You curate and animate a refined selection of wines and spirits, guiding guests through harmonious pairings that enhance each culinary moment. In close collaboration with the culinary and service teams, you orchestrate wine service with precision, ensuring each interaction reflects the art de recevoir. You contribute to the evolution of the wine list, selecting exceptional products that align with the identity of the Maison and the preferences of our guests. Through presence, storytelling, and expertise, you create memorable tasting experiences that elevate every stay.

A personality, a profile, an expertise…
Experience
Proven experience as Head Sommelier or Chef Sommelier within a ultra luxury or fine dining environment
Strong background in cellar management, wine pairing, and guest engagement
Experience leading and developing sommelier or service teams
Hard skills
Advanced knowledge of wines, spirits, and food and wine pairing
Strong command of cellar operations, stock control, and supplier selection
Fluent English & French, spoken and written; additional European language is desired
Soft skills
– Passionate about wine with refined tasting and storytelling ability
– Elegant, attentive, and guest focused in approach
– Strong leadership presence with a collaborative mindset
– Curious, creative, and committed to continuous learning
