As a Compensation & Benefit Manager in the LVMH Fashion Group Division, you will be leading the team and work closely with the brand HRBPs, committed to provide consultation and services related to payroll, compensations, and benefit matters.
Les missions
Operational Management
- Act as the main C&B point of contact for internal stakeholders including Brand HR, Finance, and global teams.
- Oversee payroll and benefits operations across 8 brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Safeguard data integrity and ensure all C&B processes are compliant and aligned with standardized operating procedures.
- Manage external vendors ensuring service quality, data security, and compliance with service level agreements.
Strategic and Regional Coordination
- Develop and execute tailored compensation programs that reflect Maisons' unique positioning while keeping the Fashion Group standards
- Drive annual compensation review processes ensuring fairness and competitiveness
- Serve as liaison with APAC and HQ C&B teams to share Japan best practices and align global initiatives.
- Facilitate information exchange and local adaptation of global C&B strategies.
Compliance and Governance
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes in payroll, tax, social security, and employee benefit; advise each brand on updates.
- Ensure policies and operations remain compliant with Japanese laws and global standards.
Cross-Brand Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to optimize cross-brand C&B strategies and practices.
- Drive consistency and efficiency in benefit programs across brands, while actively engaging with LVMH to confirm alignment with group-wide guidelines and external market benchmarks.
Budget, Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare personal cost budget by work closely with brand HR and HQ
- Lead the creation and delivery of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc C&B reports.
- Ensure accurate reporting to Brands, and HQ while analyzing trends for strategic insights.
- Standardize reporting processes and support data requests during audits and reviews.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the C&B team; set clear goals and support individual growth.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and accountability.
- Promote knowledge enhancement, upskilling, and support succession planning in alignment with the HR Director.
Votre profil
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of Japanese payroll systems, labor laws, and social security.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
