Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York Office.

Les missions

Your Impact to the role:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand identity and aesthetics, with an extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Lead collaboration with global markets, serving as a proactive resource and partner for maintaining excellence and consistency in branded store design.
  • Partner with the Director of Global Store Design to develop fixtures, establish brand standards, and create elevated tools for global store design.
  • Oversee the Design Manual and fixture library, ensuring accurate distribution to various consultants and internal visual teams.
  • Drive the evolution of store design elements and fixtures to meet the growing and changing needs of the business.
  • Create comprehensive 2D drawings to accurately depict materiality and detailing.
  • Establish 3D models to evolve and showcase concept design intent.
  • Manage and execute ad hoc projects for the Global Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams.

  • Drive the evolution of store design elements and fixtures to meet the growing and changing needs of the business.
  • Translate store design standards to various retail formats & scales
  • Implement new and innovative design concepts that align with Fresh’s brand identity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Votre profil

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

  • 4-7+ Years of Experience Required in Store Design, Project Management, Architectural Design, Interior Design, or Industrial Design with a strong desire to grow and learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge and interest in retail design and fabrication/production, with experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Passion for cosmetic retailing and an entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suites, AutoCAD, Rhino 3D or other 3D modeling & rendering programs, and Microsoft programs.
