Job Description

Singapore local market is recruiting 7-months Maternity cover for Assistant Marketing Manager to be responsible for coordinating and implementing the marketing strategy in line with global business objectives defined by Marketing Manager. This person is in charge of brand marketing and product launches of the brand, all retailers’ activities as well as seasonal plans to build the business aligned with the brand’s values. The interim Assistant Marketing Manager will also oversee 360 Marketing for Singapore (CRM, Trade, Events) with key responsibilities to increase brand awareness and visibility as to recruit, retain and develop our customer database.

Les missions

STRATEGIC MARKETING

  • Develop, support and execute compelling 360º marketing plans across all channels, with a goal to achieve sell-out and gain market share.
  • Ensure new product launches are successful by adapting global marketing guidelines to local specificities. Driven to curate marketing plans and client’s journey to ensure ROI.
  • Drive brand awareness, recruit new customers, and increase engagement with new and existing customers through best-in-class execution through in-store activations, OOH events, Trade events.
  • Possess passion to expand network of clients based through potential partnership collaboration, creative referral programs suited for the local market.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, partners and suppliers for best price and quality for collaterals planning and executions based on the given budget.

 

TRADE & OPERATIONAL MARKETING

  • Define the right trade plan according to key priorities and business objectives – ensure brand image is enhanced through best-in-class location & execution.
  • Cascade and control team’s execution plan with suitable timeline and preparation from end-to-end project execution.
  • Be the main lead and control for marketing expenses, meeting the purchasing KPIs and proper follow-up on PR/PO, Vendor’s processes.

 

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for the successful development, planning and implementation of CRM activities.
  • Work closely with the headquarters’ CRM team, local marketing & PCIS team to contribute significantly to the establishment of a premium customer base & CRM plan.
  • Drive local client strategies by using market and client intelligence effectively: define and develop customers’ campaigns, develop creative ideas using historical customer data to improve client’s flow and objectively set goals to achieve ROI.
  • Elaborate CRM action plans to achieve customers’ recruitment and retention objectives: identify local partners and opportunities in line with brand’s identity.
  • Implement direct marketing activities according to Headquarters’ guidelines to identify right target audiences, curate the best-in-class journey to optimize database and avoid fatigue.
  • Elevate, Nurture and loyalize customers’ base with the existing Guerlain and You program creatively and effectively based on the CRM and product inventory available.

 

REPORT / ANALYSIS

  • Monitor key competitors’ activities, performances to provide valuable insights to regional and global teams.
  • Monitor consumer insights and trends and share best practices.
  • Provide monthly reports of business reviews and key marketing activities.
  • Prepare presentation to Retailers: marketing strategy and plan.
  • Prepare strategic meetings and marketing presentations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with CRM intern for post-events’ insights, reviews and recommendation for future rollouts.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience (FMCG, Luxury Beauty experience preferred).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing and Communication and related field.
