As part of the International Operational Marketing team, you will have a dual role. On the one hand, you will support the team in its missions related to the categories, on 2 of the following categories - Skincare, Fragrance, Make-up, Brand animation. On the other hand, you will be involved in business development in one or more of the four regions - Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
Les missions
As such, your missions will be as follows:
International Operational Marketing Category: Skincare / Fragrance / Make-up / Brand Animation
- Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis reports: launch reports on priority launches for the current year, updates of Key Assets Reports, etc.
- Share market activations (podiums, PR, digital, influence) with Comex via various reports
- Responsible for the HQ Newsletter sent out every Friday
- Support and consolidation of calibration tools for international management (calibration file, OCD overview, ad hoc analyses, etc.)
Operational Marketing Regions: Asia, Europe, Middle East, Americas
- Be one of the main contacts for these 4 regions and support them in their day-to-day operational requirements in the 4 axes (Skincare/Fragrance/Make-up/Brand Animation) by liaising with HQ.
- Ensuring that the subsidiaries receive all the information they need to present the innovations (in particular product mock-ups and lab samples).
- Contribute to monitoring subsidiaries and main franchises' performances
- Query and consolidate feedback from the markets on the 360 tools provided by head office (launch platforms, retail presentations, etc.).
Votre profil
- With a business school or equivalent qualification (bac +4/5 level), you are in your final year of studies and have some initial experience in a company, ideally 6 months in Marketing/Business Analysis. Knowledge of the world of Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus.
- You are at ease with the Office pack, particularly Excel and with numerical analyses. You are fluent in English.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work with a variety of professions and people from different cultures. You are dynamic, organized, rigorous, autonomous and are able to be proactive.
This contract internship is available from January 2026, for a period of 6 months.
