-Enhance the brand image and credibility through effective PR activities and advertising in accordance with the brand’s marketing objectives/strategies to maximize the sales and profit.
- Responsible define, lead and deploy digital marketing strategies and plans in Japan in order to increase awareness and desirability of the brand

Public / Press Relation
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Actively negotiate with magazines for product placement (free
editorials) and obtain multiple exposures
- Make press release based on the information by the HQ (sometimes from scratch)
- Press caravan for new product launch
- Press presentation for new product launch
- Organize event
- Reporting and clipping
Advertising/Media
- Obtain premier position for watches
- Advertising material development
- Coordinate advertorial tie-ups
Digital Marketing
- Integrate and cultivate digital opportunities into overall Marketing plan, and develop and execute digital campaigns and review the performance
- Coordinate local marketing and others in defining and customizing social media and digital campaigns
- Adapt global strategy to local practices and deliver a consistent and result-driven digital marketing communication plan on annual basis
- Support the evolution and deployment of the digital strategy and plans through the development and empowerment of digital channels
- Manage annual budget and control transparency of spending on monthly basis for all digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with global-local stakeholders to upgrade the brand digital experience.
- Monitor statistics and analyze web reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth analytical and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units.
- Define a website animation calendar in line with the local marketing and event plan (home page, dedicated landing page).
- Coordinate external agencies, to ensure maintenance and evolution of the social supporting the definition of the project/campaign
Votre profil
Education:
・University Graduate or equivalent proficiency
Experience:
・Minimum 5 years of PR experience in luxury brands or consumer goods, or agency background
・Experience in watch & jewelry brand preferable
・Work experience in foreign-affiliated company preferable
・Familiar with fashion magazines / editors
・Knowledge in digital promotion preferable
Skills:
・Excellent PC skills
・Good command of English, native level of Japanese
・Professional writing skills
・Good business presentation skills
Knowledge:・Have know-how of promotional overall event ideas
・Good understanding of medial planning and consumer
based strategic approach
